iServe Residential Lending has an outstanding opportunity for a Mortgage Loan Originator. The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for self-sourcing clients, building relationships with realtors, homebuilder’s, and customers to generate the growth of new purchase and refinance mortgage business. iServe Residential Lending offers a strong compensation plan along with a great benefits and 401K package. SUMMARY: The Loan Originator position requires maintaining minimum production standards, progressing towards exceeding those minimums.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: NMLS License specific to state of employment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Two to Five years job related experience. Residential mortgage banking knowledge and experience in negotiations or sales is required. Basic knowledge of PCs and related Microsoft office application. Some college course work in business or finance preferred.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed. Detail oriented with ability to multi task. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Strong team oriented atmosphere. Associate should be goal oriented and detail minded with exceptional organizational and follow-through abilities. Professionalism and integrity are essential. Loan Originators must be goal oriented, self-directed and strive to increase production.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret mortgage documents, real estate sales contracts, valuation forms and attorney correspondence, as well as company and departmental policies and procedures. Strong ability to communicate effectively to customers, vendors and employees of the company.
A proven track record. NMLS license is required.
